Our lamb is sourced from Cowra, NSW and is 100% free range situated along the banks of the Lachlan Valley. This is classed as one of the most fertile valleys in the world and lambs produced in the Cowra region have gained the name as some of the best in the world. Ideal pastures and fodder crops grown in the region make for Cowra Lamb to be able to boast such a title.
